Founder of the Oswin Group holding, which includes four companies, and CEO of Dronehub. At the school he leads the AI agents, automation and vibe coding tracks.
Vadym Melnyk has been building technology companies for over ten years. The best known of them is Dronehub: autonomous drone systems for industry and security. In 2023 the Financial Times included the company in the FT1000 ranking at No. 2 in Europe in the Aerospace & Defense category.
For him, automation is not a course topic but everyday work: in his companies, AI agents and scripts take routine work off people's hands, and products get built faster than was possible just a few years ago. Hence the principle the school started with: “If I do something twice, I think about how to automate it. If three times, I automate it.”.
In 2024 Vadym launched the educational project VADYM.AI, and in 2026, Oswin AI. He leads the AI agents and automation track and the vibe coding track: he records the lessons himself, hosts live sessions and reviews students' case studies. He does not offer one-on-one mentoring; he teaches through courses so that the knowledge scales.
